Is my information safe with Glo?
Yes. We take the privacy and security of your information seriously. You can read more in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
What is Glo?
Glo is a telehealth platform that connects you with independent, licensed healthcare Providers for weight loss and metabolic health care 100% online. Through Glo, you can complete a health questionnaire, get matched with a Provider, and if appropriate, receive a prescription for FDA-approved or compounded GLP-1 medications like semaglutide or tirzepatide, shipped directly to your door.
What if I need help signing in to my account?
If you’re having trouble logging in, try resetting your password using the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page. If you no longer have access to the email on file, or continue to have issues, contact our support team at support@glo.com and we’ll help you regain access to your account.
How much does Glo cost?
Pricing depends on the medication and dose your Provider determines is right for you. Compounded medications through Glo start around $125/month, and brand-name medications like Wegovy or Zepbound may be available through insurance or at cash-pay rates. You can see full pricing details on our Pricing page or after completing your free intake quiz.
Do I need insurance to use Glo?
No, insurance is not required. Many of our compounded medications are available at affordable cash-pay prices regardless of insurance. If you do have insurance, our team can help check your coverage and handle prior authorization for eligible medications.
How long does it take to hear back from a Provider?
Most members hear back from a licensed Provider within 1-2 business days of completing their intake questionnaire. Once approved, your prescription is sent to the pharmacy and your medication typically ships within a few business days.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. You can cancel or pause your Glo membership at any time from your account settings, with no long-term commitment required. See our Returns & Refunds page for details on how cancellations affect billing.
